Impact factor for users reflect their authority, reputation and contribution on a particular topic.

Rating reflects the quality of posts.

Rating on Voofie is not a simple average of all ratings, but a weighted average of rating, weighted by the impact factor of users who rated.

Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Voofie website ("Website") or using the services offered by Voofie ("Services") you agree and acknowledge to be bound by the Terms of Services("Terms"). By using the service, you understand and agree that Voofie will treat your use of the service as acceptance of the Terms from that point onwards. In turn, Voofie grants you a personal, non-exclusive licence to access the Website and use the Services in accordance with the terms. Voofie reserves the rights to terminate your licence at Voofie's sole discretion.

Provision of the Service

Voofie is improving continuously in order to provide you the best service. You acknowledge and agree that the form and nature of the Services which Voofie provides may change from time to time without prior notice to you.

As part of this continuous improvement, you acknowledge and agree that Voofie may stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the Services (or any features within the Services) to you or other users at Voofie's sole discretion, without prior notice to you. You may stop using the Services at any time. You do not need to specifically inform Voofie when you stop using the Services.

You acknowledge and agree that if Voofie disables access to your account, you may be prevented from accessing the Services, your account details or any files or contents which is contained in your account.

You acknowledge and agree that Voofie may impose certain limitation on you, including but not limited to, on the number of transmission you may send or receive, as well as the number of actions you may perform through the Service, at Voofie's sole discretion.

Use of the Service

As a condition of use, you promise not to use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Use, or any other purpose not reasonably intended by Voofie.

By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree not to:

• engage in any activity that interfere or disrupt the service
• reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade or resell the service for and purpose
• abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other Voofie users or people
• use a Voofie username that subject to any rights of a person other than you without appropriate authorization
• use a Voofie username that is offensive, vulgar or abscene
• post or transmit, or cause to be posted or transmitted, any Content that is infringing, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, offensive, profane, or otherwise violates any law or right of any third party
• post or transmit, or cause to be posted or transmitted, any communication or solicitation designed or intended to obtain password, account, or private information from any Voofie user
• create or submit unwanted email ("Spam") to any other Voofie users or any URL
• violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws)
• submit stories or comments linking to affiliate programs, multi-level marketing schemes, sites/blogs repurposing existing stories (source hops), or off-topic content
• take any action that imposes, or may impose in our sole discretion an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure
• bypass any measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Site
• artificially inflate or alter the 'impact factor', comments, ratings, votes, or any other Voofie service, including by way of creating separate user accounts for the purpose of artificially altering Voofie's services; give or receive money or other remuneration in exchange for votes, ratings or comments; or participating in any other organized effort that in any way artificially alters the results of Voofie's services
• advertise to, or solicit, any user to buy or sell any products or services. It is also a violation of these rules to use any information obtained from the Services in order to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any user without their prior explicit consent
• sell or otherwise transfer your profile.

You agree that you will be solely responsible to Voofie for all activities that occur under your account and responsible for any breach of your obligations under the Terms. Also, you agree and understand that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords associated with any account you use to access the Services.

Content in the Services

You understand that all information (such as written text, images or other content) which you may access on Voofie are sole responsibility of the person from which such content originated. All such information is referred to below as the “Content”

You should aware that some Content presented to you as part of the Services, including but not limited to user contributed content, advertisements and sponsored Content, may be protected by intellectual property rights which are owned by the parties who provide that Content to Voofie. You may not modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on this Content unless you have been specifically told that you may do so by Voofie or by the owners of that Content, in a separate agreement.

Voofie hold no liability on the trustworthiness and accuracy of such Content. Such Content also does not represent the view or opinion of Voofie toward various issues. Neither does the appearance of such Content on the Service represent the endorsement of such Content by Voofie.

Voofie reserve the right, but shell have no obligation, to pre-screen, review, flag, filter, modify, refuse or remove any or all Content from any Service.

You acknowledge and agree that by using the Service you may be exposed to Content that you may find offensive, indecent or objectionable and that, in this respect, you use the Services at your own risk.

You agree that you are solely responsible for any Content that you create, transmit or display while using the Services and for consequences of your actions by doing so.

Proprietary rights

You acknowledge and agree that Voofie own all legal right, title and interest in and to the Services, including any intellectual property rights which subsist in the Services.

You acknowledge and agree that unless otherwise in writing with Voofie, nothing in the Terms give you the right to use any of Voofie's trade names, trade marks, service marks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features.

Other than the limited license mentioned in the section below, Voofie acknowledges and agrees that it obtains no right, title or interest from you under these Terms in or to any Content that you submit to the Service, including any intellectual property rights which subsist in that Content. You agree that you are responsible for protecting and enforcing those rights and that Voofie has no obligation to do so on your behalf.

Content licence from you

You retain copyright and/or other rights you already hold in Content which you submit to the service. By submitting the content, you give Voofie a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to reproduce, modify, translate, publish, publicly display, format, annotate and distribute any Content which you submit to the Service.

You confirm and warrant to Voofie that you have all the rights, power and authority necessary to grant the above licence.

Exclusion of Warranties

You expressly understand and agree that your use of the Services is at your own risk and that the services are provided “as is” and “as available”.

In particular, Voofie do not represent or warrant to you that:

• Your use of the services will meet your requirements,
• Your use of the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or free from error,
• Any information obtained by you as a result of your use of the services will be accurate or reliable, and
• That defects in the operations or functionality of any software provided to you as part of the services will be corrected.

Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the services is done at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or other device or loss of data that result from the download of any such material

No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from Voofie or through or from the services shall create any warranty not expressly stated in the terms

Voofie further expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special consequential or exemplary damages which may be incurred by you, however caused and under any theory of liability. This shall include, but not be limited to, any loss of profit(whether incurred directly or indirectly), any loss of goodwill or business reputation, any loss of data suffered, cost of procurement of substitute goods or services, or other intangible loss;
• any loss or damage which may be incurred by you, including but not limited to loss or damage as a result of:
  • Any reliance placed by you on the completeness, accuracy or existence of any advertising, or as a result of any relationship or transaction between you and any advertiser or sponsor whose advertising appears on the services;
  • Any changes which Voofie may make to the services, or for any permanent or temporary cessation in the provision of the services( or any features within the services)
  • The deletion of, corruption of, or failure to store, any content and other communications data maintained or transmitted by or through your use of the services;
  • Your failure to provide Voofie with accurate account information
  • Your failure to keep your password or account details secure and confidential

The limitation of Voofie's liability to you stated above shall apply whether or not Voofie has been advised of or should have been ware of the possibility of any such losses arising

The servcies may include hyperlinks to other websites which Voofie have no control of. You acknowledge and agree that Voofie is not responsible for any such external websites and Voofie is not liable for any loss or damage as a result of your visit of those external sites.

Changes to the terms

Voofie is committed to innovation and will constantly update the service. Therefore, Voofie may make changes to the Terms from time to time to reflect the change of nature in the Service. When these changes are made, Voofie will make a copy of the Terms available to this page.

You understand and agree that if you use the Services after the date on which the Terms have changed, Voofie will treat your use as acceptance of the updated Terms.

Ending your relationship with Voofie

The Terms will continue to apply until terminated by either you or Voofie as set out below.

Voofie may at any time, terminate its legal agreement with you if:

• you and breached any provision of the Terms; or
• Voofie is required to do so by law; or
• the partner with whom Voofie offered the Services to you has terminated its relationship with Voofie or ceased to offer the Services to you; or
• Voofie is transitioning to no longer providing the Services to users in the country in which you are resident or from which you use the service; or
• the provision of the Service to you by Voofie is, in Voofie's opinion, no longer commercially viable.
